<p>Malo drugačije pripremljeno mljeveno meso. Nekada zbilja ne znamo što s tako jednostavnom i pristupačnom namirnicom, jer ideja je bezbroj, ali uvijek nekako radimo samo one klasične. Možda se na prvu čini kompliciranim, ali doista se naprave brzo. Možete pripremiti meso i večer prije, pa imate skoro gotovo jelo drugi dan. Schwartzwald šunka je odlična za ove savitke, dobro je dimljena i baš je ukusna. Naravno, možete koristiti i druge. Samo da je jako tanko rezana i da se lako savija.</p>



<h2>Sastojci</h2>



<p>750 g sitno mljevene govedine<br>2-3 stara peciva<br>2 glavice crvenog luka<br>2 jaja<br>1 žlica mljevene ljute paprike<br>150 g vrlo tanko narezane dimljene šunke<br>20 g maslaca za prženje</p>



<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>Pecivo namočite u vodu. Narežite sitno luk i propržite na žlici ulja.<br>Umiješajte u meso, dodajte sol, papriku, jaja, iscijeđena i usitnjena peciva. Rashlađeno razvaljajte između dviju folija vrlo tanko i ponovno rashladite. Izrežite na kvadrate 7&#215;7 cm.<br>Na kvadratiće složite šunku. Savijte pa pecite na zagrijanoj grill tavi na otopljenom maslacu. Pecite dok ne porumeni sa svih strana.</p>

<p>Ovako pečene krumpiriće bez grižnje savjesti možete jesti češće, a doista ih je lako pripremiti. Mlade krumpire samo dobro očistite četkom, ne morate ih ni guliti. Ne morate guliti ni stare ako znate od kuda su. Neki i znaju! Sa začinima se igrajte, a sir je dobrodošao, uz njega je ukusnije. No ako želite vege verziju, može i bez sira.</p>

<ul><li>5-6 većih, podjednakih krumpira</li><li>100-150 g kukuruznog ili nekog drugog grubog brašna</li><li>1 vrećica parmezana ili ako nemate (poput mene), dodajte neki tvrdi sir po želji, primjerice ovčji</li><li>4 žlice maslinova ulja</li><li>1 žlica soli</li><li>1 žlica talijanskih začina (možete pomiješati one koje volite, npr. origano, bosiljak, timjan i sl.)</li><li>1 žlica crvene mljevene paprike</li><li>1 žličica papra po želji</li><li>malo čilija ako volite ljuto</li></ul>

<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>Krumpire operite, ne gulite ih. Po dužini ih presijecite pa opet jednom prerežite po dužini napola, a zatim svaku četvrtinu još jednom napola po dužini, kako biste dobili dugačke šnite kao na slici. U većoj zdjeli prelijte ih uljem i pomiješajte. Pospite pomiješanim brašnom, sirom i začinima. Pomiješajte. Na plitki lim stavite papir za pečenje i složite krumpiriće. Pecite na 200°c u zagrijanoj pećnici 20-25 minuta. Poslužite odmah uz neki dip, ketchup, majonezu ili drugi umak koji volite. Odlični su i sami. Kao što vidite, ne ide puno masnoće pa nisu jako kalorični, a jako su ukusni.</p>

<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>Mladi luk očistite i sitno nasjeckajte. Češnjak protisnite kroz gnječilicu pa dodajte ostale sastojke te sve umiješajte u jednoličnu masu. Štapiće za ražnjiće uronite u hladnu odu barem jedan sat jer tako ne gore na vatri. Masu podijelite na 8-10 porcija, napravite valjak i spremite u hladnjak na 40 minuta do jednog sata. Na svaki ražnjić stavite jedan valjak i pecite na roštilju na umjerenoj vatri. Stalno okrećite da ne zagore. Servirajte s krumpirićima i aromatiziranom majonezom.</p>

<p>Po želji, mijenjajte začine, od onih mediteranskih do kineskih ili meksičkih. Također, umak može biti i s jogurtom, ovisno o vremenu i vašoj volji.</p>

<ul><li>4 skuše</li><li>2 bio limuna</li><li>Sol, papar, mljeveni bosiljak, origano, kajenski papar ili mješavina začina za ribe</li><li>Maslinovo ulje</li><li>Po želji, tršćanski umak: maslinovo ulje, sitno sjeckani peršinov list, sol, sitno sjeckani češnjak (u teglici može dugo stajati u hladnjaku, dobro ga je imati u vrijeme čestog roštiljanja)</li></ul>

<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>Ribu očistite, operite i dobro osušite. Kratko prije pečenja začinite pomiješanim začinima, izvana i iznutra. U šupljinu stavite kriške limuna pa stavite peći. Vatra treba biti srednje jaka. Odmah &#8221;provozajte&#8221; ribu gore-dolje po šipkama, pa neka se peče nekoliko minuta. Dvjema je lopaticama polako okrenite, opet &#8221;provozajte&#8221; i ostavite da se peče nekoliko minuta. Ako niste sigurni, na najdebljem dijelu uz peraju provjerite je li dovoljno pečena. Slobodno je okrenite opet po potrebi. Obilno prelijte maslinovim uljem i servirajte je vruću sa salatom ili drugim prilozima.</p>
