<p>Ovo je nešto i za male i za velike. Čisti užitak. Možda nije onakav na kakav smo navikli, ali je osvježavajuć i skoro bez kalorija. Bez dodatka šećera, zdrav. Naravno, možete zasladiti medom ili šećerom, također dodati kuglicu sladoleda pa miksati, ovo je je baza s kojom se možete igrati. Inače, višnje su, čini mi se, najsvestranije voće, doslovno savršene u svemu. Možda što smo ipak većinom svi odrasli uz velike količine i dostupnost, ali kako god pogledate, i većini koja nije baš za voćne kolače, višnja je uvijek prihvatljiva. Zato uživajmo kad ih ima ili kad ih zimi vadimo iz zamrzivača i kompota.</p>



<h2>Sastojci</h2>



<p>500 g višanja<br>30 g listića ili tamne čokolade<br>1 limun<br>4 žlice sitno mljevenih badema<br>800 ml hladne, jače gazirane vode</p>



<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>Operite i očistite višnje od koštica. Iscijedite limun. Čokoladu naribajte na gulilicu za povrće. U uspravni mikser ili blender stavite višnje, mineralnu, bademe i sok limuna. Miksajte 30 s na najvećoj brzini. Punite čaše, pospite listićima čokolade i uživajte. Po želji dodajte led.</p>

<p>Jednostavan, rustikalni, francuski kolač koji možete praviti sa svim vrstama voća. Kako imam svoje marelice, a sezona im je, tako sam pravila s njima. Voće doista može po izboru, a kako tijesto može biti u hladnjaku i dva-tri dana, uvijek ga možete imati spremno za vikend ili neki radni dan kada poželite nešto slatko!</p>



<h2>Sastojci</h2>



<p>220 g maslaca<br>400 g brašna<br>150 g šećera<br>malo hladne vode<br>soli na vrh noža<br>2 žumanjka<br>1 kg marelica<br>nekoliko jagoda za ukras<br>100 g šećera<br>3-4 žlice krušnih mrvica, po želji</p>



<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>U zdjelu stavite brašno, sol, hladan maslac, žumanjke i šećer pa brzo pomiješajte u skoro glatko tijesto (malo hladne vode dodajte kada vidite da pravljenje tijesta &#8221;ne ide&#8221;, tj. da ono ostaje mrvičasto. Ali pazite da ne bude premekano, tj. ljepljivo. Mora ostati čvrsto i ne mijesite predugo i previše). Neka stoji u hladnjaku minimalno pola sata. Za to vrijeme operite i očistite marelice. Po želji presijecite na pola ili sitnije. Tijesto pažljivo razvaljajte na papiru za pečenje, malo pobrašnite po potrebi. Zagrijte pećnicu na 200°C. Od sredine slažite voće ili samo istresite i poravnajte. Ako ne volite da ima soka od voća, ili ako je smrznuto voće gdje će ga biti više, tijesto prvo pospite krušnim mrvicama.</p>



<p>/ Voće možete i prokuhati s malo škrobnog brašna i šećerom. Također, smrznuto voće možete pomiješati s nekoliko žlica brašna koje će poslije sve povezati. To su neki načini povezivanja soka od voća s voćem. /</p>



<p><br>Pospite šećerom pa krajeve tijesta preklopite preko voća kao na slici. Pecite oko 45 min. Tijesto mora dobro porumenjeti. Gotovu galletu pospite šećerom u prahu po želji pa vruću služite sa sladoledom. Hladna prija i sama!</p>

<p>Jako ukusna torta koju, osim s breskvama, možete raditi i s nektarinama, marelicama i sl. Naravno, praktično je što breskve možemo kupiti u obliku kompota cijele godine, tako da je torta idealna za lagano osvježenje u bilo kojem godišnjem dobu. Jednostavna je i za pravljenje, pa nema razloga da se ne počastimo često. Ako ćete je dijeliti s mališanima, onda liker i votku zamijenite sokom od breskve, a naziv sa &#8220;Sunny day on the beach&#8221;. Želatina je ovdje neophodna zbog količine tekućine. Možda vas podsjeti na panna cotu, ali kremastiju! Svakako probajte verziju koja vam osobno odgovara, jako osvježava!</p>



<p>Brzo, bez pečenja, čas posla!</p>



<h2>Sastojci</h2>



<p>za dno:<br>200 g piškota<br>125 g maslaca<br>za kremu i voće:<br>500 g breskvi ili jedna velika limenka<br>600 g svježeg sira za kolače<br>300 g jogurta, preporučam grčki tip jogurta<br>100 g votke<br>100 ml likera od breskve<br>100 g šećera<br>2 vrećice želatine ili 12 listića<br>1 vrećica burbon vanilije<br>4-6 žlica marmelade ili džema od marelice<br>listići matičnjaka ili sl. za ukras</p>



<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>Kekse možete zdrobiti u vrećici, multipraktikom ili sl. Odvojite 2 žlice za ukras. Otopite maslac pa spojite s keksima i dobro promiješajte. Kalup za torte ili obruč stavite na veličinu fi 26 cm pa utisnite kekse tako da prvo namažete podlogu s malo maslaca da se poslije lakše odvaja. Ohladite 20-ak min dok ne napravite kremu. Ako koristite svježe voće, stavite ga u ključalu vodu nekoliko minuta pa ogulite. Nasijecite na četvrtine i kuhajte s dvije žlice šećera do 10 min, ovisno o veličini. Samo da nije pretvrdo. Ako su baš zrele breskve, možete ih i sirove koristiti – tako je najbolje!<br>Četiri polovice, očišćene i kuhane ili mekane svježe, štapnim mikserom pretvorite u pire. U većoj zdjeli pomiješajte sir, jogurt, pire od voća, votku, liker, 100 g šećera i burbon vaniliju. Otopite želatinu po uputama pa dodajte (ima raznih varijanti, ja dodajem direktno u mlazu, mikser radi na najjače i nikada nisam imala grudica. Samo ulijevajte bez bojazni na isto mjesto uz lopatice miksera) i sve dobro umiješajte.<br>Izvadite kalup s utisnutim keksom, premažite marmeladom. Pospite kockicama breskve (ostavite malo za ukras) pa prelijte kremom. Poravnajte i ohladite barem 3 sata. Izvadite iz hladnjaka, pažljivo uklonite obruč tako da tankim nožem lagano prođete uz rub iznutra pa polako odvojite od torte. Ukrasite preostalim mrvicama keksa, komadićima breskve i listićima matičnjaka ili mente.</p>

<p>Nekada mi ostanu bjelanjci, a nekada se potrudim da ostanu…ovo je tako fino! Okusom slično Pavlovoj, samo druga forma. Bjelina koja je neodoljiva! Probajte i s drugim voćem: maline, mandarine, zrele, svježe oguljene breskve i sl. Najbolja je s kiselijim voćem koje poništi slatkoću ovog pjenastog biskvita!</p>



<h2>Sastojci</h2>



<p>4-6 bjelanjaka<br>250 g šećera<br>po pola žlice vode i octa<br>žličica škrobnog brašna<br>500-700 g kupina, borovnica, crnih ribizla i crnih ogrozda<br>250 ml vrhnja za šlag</p>



<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>Za biskvit mutite čvrsti snijeg od bjelanjaka s malo soli pa lagano dodajte šećer, stalno miksajući. Ulijte vodu i ocat, malo još mutite pa pecite jednu veliku koru na papiru za pečenje, na limu veličine pećnice. (Ja sam posula papir listićima badema pa nanijela smjesu, možete i vi, a i ne morate). Biskvit peći oko sat vremena na 160°C da se više suši nego peče i da ostane bijel. Ohladite. Očistite voće.  Umutite šlag. Mažite koru šlagom, pospite kupinama i lagano urolajte. Ohladite i uživajte!</p>

<ul><li>1 žlica maslaca</li><li>6 listova vučenog tijesta za pite</li><li>pola limuna</li><li>500 g mascarponea</li><li>200 ml vrhnja za šlag</li><li>4 žlice šećera u prahu</li><li>40 g šećera</li><li>1 vanilin šećer</li><li>200 g borovnica</li><li>200 g malina</li><li>ribizli</li><li>marelice ili breskve</li><li>ili sl. sezonsko voće</li><li>listići mente</li></ul>

<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>Zagrijati pećnicu na 180°C. Maslac otopiti na vatri pa malo ohladiti. Listove za pite mazati maslacem, posuti s malo šećera u prahu pa ponoviti s još dvama ostalim listovima. Prerezati na četiri dijela. Svaki na srednjem dijelu bockajte vilicom. Sad uzmite kalupe za veće muffine ili crème brûlée, lagano premažite maslacem i stavite u zdjelice tako da prstima utisnete koliko možete, a da rubovi vire. </p>



<p>Pecite 3-6 min da lagano porumeni, rubovi malo više. Izvadite iz kalupa na rešetku i pustite neka se ohlade. Limun iscijedite, mascarpone, šlag, šećer, vanilin šećer i limun umutite. Voće očistite i narežite po želji. Košarice pred posluživanje napunite kremom i ukrasite voćem. Pospite šećerom u prahu i poslužite.</p>

<p>Slastica tipa sladoleda, ali bi trebao ostati pola sata na sobnoj temperaturi prije posluživanja.<br>Što se tiče jaja, velike dvojbe su kod nekih oko konzumiranja netretiranih jaja na temperaturi višoj od 80°c. Za ovu slasticu možete žumanjke kuhati na pari, tj. u mikrovalnoj, to je par minuta, a za bjelanjke kupite pasterizirane, sad ih ima većinom svuda za kupiti. Tako da bez bojazni možete jesti ovu divotu. Preostale bjelanjke koristite za pavlovu ili puslice, macrons ili sl.</p>

<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>Za voćni dodatak kuhate očišćeno voće sa šećerom na laganoj vatri, dok voda iz voća ne ispari jer ona stvara kristale leda kad se sladoled mrzne. Dobit ćete umak sa gustim sirupom. Ostavite ga da se ohladi. Ako ne volite komadiće voća, možete usitniti štapnim mikserom.<br>Žumanjke sa šećerom umutite u bijelu gustu masu, odvojeno mutite vrhnje za šlag, na kraju bjelanjak s malo soli.<br>Spojite prvo vrhnje sa žumanjcima, lagano žicom, pa dodajte po malo bjelanjke lopaticom da ostane više zraka. Na kraju dodajte ohlađeno voće, površno miješajući, ako volite da vidite strukturu sladoleda, a i arome su drugačije. Možete i izmiješati da imate roza sladoled s komadićima. Stavite u plastičnu posudu s poklopcem i u zamrzivač. Oko 4 h je potrebno da se ohladi kao sladoled. Možete ga služiti kao ledeni desert što i je ili kao sladoled.</p>

<p>Super brzi i jednostavan kolač, a svi će biti oduševljeni! Najveći laik teško da može puno pogriješiti. Naravno, voće možete mijenjati po sezonama, a možete ga i kombinirati kada dođe više vrsta od jednom.</p>



<h3><strong>Sastojci</strong></h3>



<ul><li>2 lista svježeg lisnatog tijesta, ca 500 g</li><li>800 g mlijeka</li><li>2 paketića pudinga okusa vanilija</li><li>200 ml vrhnja za šlag</li><li>100 g šećera</li><li>oko 1 kg jagoda</li><li>žlica krupnog šećera po želji</li><li>3 žlice krupno ribane bijele čokolade</li></ul>



<h3>Priprema</h3>



<p>Puding kuhajte uobičajeno, sa gore navedenim omjerima, da bude samo malo gušći. Znači kuhajte mlijeko, 7 dl, a puding pomiješajte sa šećerom i 1 dl mlijeka. U ključalo mlijeko ulijte puding bez grudica, miješajte i kuhajte 1 min. Skinite s vatre i ohladite. Ako ne želite da se uhvati kožica, pospite 1 vanil šećerom ili pokrijte folijom, ali i kožicu možete lagano skinuti kad se puding ohladi. </p>



<p>Listove tijesta slijepite po kutovima s malo hladne vode. Vanjski rub neka bude malo viši ili ga savijte da dobijete deblji rub kao u pizze. Lim polijte hladnom vodom ili stavite papir za pečenje pa na njega prebacite tijesto. Pola ohlađenog pudinga razmažite po tijestu, osim ruba, pa sve pecite u zagrijanoj pećnici na 200°c oko 15-20 min. kada je pečeno, ohladite. Preostali puding pomiješajte sa šlagom koji ste čvrsto umutili. Premažite ohlađeni kolač, pa na kremu stavite voće, pospite ribanom bijelom čokoladom i šećerom po želji. Ukrasite s listićima mente ako imate.</p>
