<p>Ovo je nešto i za male i za velike. Čisti užitak. Možda nije onakav na kakav smo navikli, ali je osvježavajuć i skoro bez kalorija. Bez dodatka šećera, zdrav. Naravno, možete zasladiti medom ili šećerom, također dodati kuglicu sladoleda pa miksati, ovo je je baza s kojom se možete igrati. Inače, višnje su, čini mi se, najsvestranije voće, doslovno savršene u svemu. Možda što smo ipak većinom svi odrasli uz velike količine i dostupnost, ali kako god pogledate, i većini koja nije baš za voćne kolače, višnja je uvijek prihvatljiva. Zato uživajmo kad ih ima ili kad ih zimi vadimo iz zamrzivača i kompota.</p>



<h2>Sastojci</h2>



<p>500 g višanja<br>30 g listića ili tamne čokolade<br>1 limun<br>4 žlice sitno mljevenih badema<br>800 ml hladne, jače gazirane vode</p>



<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>Operite i očistite višnje od koštica. Iscijedite limun. Čokoladu naribajte na gulilicu za povrće. U uspravni mikser ili blender stavite višnje, mineralnu, bademe i sok limuna. Miksajte 30 s na najvećoj brzini. Punite čaše, pospite listićima čokolade i uživajte. Po želji dodajte led.</p>

<p>Prekrasan sočan i ukusan kruh. Kako vidite, ne ide brašno, ne klasično. Mekinje možete napraviti sami od zobenih pahuljica u blenderu. Imate kupiti gotove, više vrsta. Jako je ukusan, dosta je namazati malo maslaca i uživati! Naravno, odlično se sljubljuje uz svako jelo! Neka vas ne brine što djeluje &#8221;vlažan&#8221;, takav treba biti. Svakako preporučujem da probate!</p>



<h2>Sastojci</h2>



<p>50 g sezama<br>50 g indijskog oraščića<br>(može i oraha, sjemenke bundeve i suncokreta)<br>250 g mrkve<br>6 jaja<br>500 g svježeg posnog sira<br>50 g mljevenih sjemenki lana<br>sol<br>200 g mekinja<br>50 g zobenih pahuljica<br>1 prašak za pecivo.</p>



<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>Na tavici pržite sjemenke, oraščiće i sezam (ili druge). Ostavite da se ohlade. Mrkvu očistite i na ribežu naribajte, po mogućnosti na onom za jabuke da nije sasvim sitno. Pomiješajte mekinje i zobene pahuljice, prašak za pecivo i sve sjemenke, ali ipak mali dio ostavite za posip gore. Zatim dodajte sir, jaja i ravnu žlicu soli. Sve dobro izmiješajte, stavite u duguljasti kalup, ili dobro namazan ili obložen papirom za pečenje. Ostavite da nadođe 30 min. Pecite u već zagrijanoj pećnici na 200 °C 60 minuta. Zatim pokrijte papirom i ugasite pećnicu, ali ostavite još deset minuta da se peče. Izvadite pa nakon desetak minuta pažljivo izvadite iz kalupa. Neka se na rešetki hladi barem 2 sata.</p>

<p>Salata koju možete jesti i kao lagani i zdravi obrok. Naravno, savršeno će dopuniti ribu, meso s roštilja i sl. Možete je praviti i zimi, ali početkom ljeta je savršena zbog svježih namirnica! Rashlađena jako prija čak i sljedeći dan.</p>



<h2>Sastojci</h2>



<p>500 g krumpira<br>500 g zelenih mahuna (kad nije sezona ostaju one iz zamrzivača ili konzervirane)<br>200 g povrtne juhe ili pola kocke za juhu i voda, ili malo temeljca i voda<br>200 g ljubičastog luka ili ljutike, ako slučajno imate<br>4 žlice maslinova ulja<br>sol<br>1 žlica smeđeg šećera<br>3 žlice balsamico octa<br>1 žlica sjemenki senfa<br>papar<br>1 manji radič, cca. 100 g<br>150 koktel-rajčica<br>1 manja vezica peršinova lista</p>



<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>Krumpire operite i kuhajte oko 25 min. (Da se krumpir ne raspada, u vodu se stavi dvije žlice octa. To možete uvijek kad kuhate oguljen krumpir, narezan na kockice za salate ili daljnje pečenje.) Mahune očistite pa također stavite kuhati cca. 12 min u slanoj ključaloj vodi. Ocijedite i šokirajte ih u ledenoj vodi. Krumpire ocijedite, ohladite, ogulite i režite na kockice velike cca. 1 cm. Promiješajte s mahunama. Zakuhajte juhu pa sa 100 ml juhe prelijte povrće i ostavite da upije tekućinu. U međuvremenu, luk stavite u zdjelu, prelijte ključalom vodom i ostavite 2 minute. Izvadite, očistite i grubo nasijecite. Na 2 žlice ulja pržite 2-3 minute pa pospite šećerom da se karamelizira. Pržite kratko. Ostatak juhe, balsamico i senf pomiješajte, prelijte luk i pirjajte dok pola tekućine ne ispari. Začinite soli i paprom pa ohladite. Radič očistite, trgajte rukama na komadiće na veličinu zalogaja. Grubo nasijecite listove peršina. Sve pažljivo pomiješajte i po potrebi još dodajte maslinovog ulja ili soli.</p>

<p>Činjenica je da svi, a naročito djeca, izbjegavaju povrće. Možda ovako zapečeno ne bude svima mrsko. Osobno bih mogla stalno jesti brdo povrća, ali i kod mene ga jedni vole, jedni ne, pa smo uvijek u pregovorima. Probajte ovu kombinaciju, možda je vaši zavole! Povrće možete mijenjati ovisno o ponudi i tome što volite. Također i tjesteninu. Domaća je najbolja, ali nju ću praviti kada temperature barem malo padnu!</p>



<h2>Sastojci</h2>



<p>250 g svježih raviola sa sirom ili sl. (tortellini)<br>1 vezica raštike (pola glavice kelja)<br>1 veći ili 2 manja poriluka, do tamnog dijela listova, oni su prežilavi<br>2-3 mrkve<br>150 g ribanog sira, bolji je neki aromatičniji, ali može i gauda i sl. ako ne volite jače sireve (ementaler, ovčji ili zreliji trapist)<br>200 ml vrhnja za kuhanje<br>sol<br>začin za juhe<br>papar</p>



<h2>Priprema</h2>



<p>Kuhajte oguljene i izrezane mrkve na komade duge oko 2 cm, al dente. Tako kuhajte i tjesteninu, u slanoj vodi. Raštiku kuhajte kratko u posoljenoj vodi, kao i očišćeni poriluk, 2-3 min, da ne omekša.<br>U vatrostalnu posudu stavite raviole, kelj izrežite, poriluk narežite na kolutiće, dodajte mrkvu, pospite začinom i paprom, izmiješajte pa stavite na tijesto. Prelijte vrhnjem za kuhanje i pospite sirom. Pecite u zagrijanoj pećnici oko 15 min na 200°C. Poslužite toplo.</p>

<p>Medvjeđi luk je jako zdrav, ali i ukusan dodatak jelima. Juha je jedno od jela koje možete praviti. Peesto od medvjeđeg luka je odličan, a možete ga dodati i salatama kojima daju posebnu notu. Nasjeckan možete dodati svuda kao i peršinov list, od knedli za juhe, mesu, povrću…</p>



<h3>Sastojci</h3>



<ul><li>1/2 vezice medvjeđeg luka ( oko 20 g )</li><li>400 g brašnastog krumpira</li><li>30 g maslaca</li><li>800 g bistre juhe ( može i kocka )</li><li>200 g masnijeg jogurta ( 10% mm, grčki )</li><li>sol, papar, muškatni orašćić</li><li>1 žličica limunovog soka ( po želji)</li><li>malo šećera</li></ul>



<h3>Priprema</h3>



<p>Krumpir ogulite i isijecite na kockice. Kratko ga propržite na maslacu i prelijte juhom. Ostavite da se lagano kuha oko 30 min. Dobro začinite solju, šećerom i muškatom. Medvjeđi luk operite, očistite pa isijecite na komadiće. Par listića sijecite na tanke trakice za ukras. Ostatak pomiješajte s juhom pa nakon par minuta sa štapnim i mikserom svu juhu miksajte. Po želji još začinite i sokom limuna. Dodajte jogurt smjesu i promiješajte, stavite da se ugrije, ali ne prokuha. Ukrasite sa trakicama medvjeđeg luka i vrhnjem. Poslužiti možete sa palačinkom ali i uz Baguette ili dr. pecivo.</p>

<p>Topljeni sir tipa Zdenka<br>Jako tanke šnite šunke<br>Po želji boju od povrća, na pr špinata za zelenu ili cikle za ružičastu. Sirovo povrće usitnite u sjeckalici ili ako smjesi ne smeta voda, a palačinkama ne smeta, onda s vodom štapnim mikserom. Dodajte u smjesu. Ja sam koristila bio ciklu u prahu.</p>

<h3>Priprema</h3>



<p>Žicom malo umutite jaje, posolite, dodate mlijeko, izmiješate. Uspite brašno, dobro promiješajte da nema grudica i dodajte mineralnu i ulje i izmiješajte. ( boju!) Pecite na samo malo namašćenoj tavi, količinu jedne grabilice za juhu. Kratko pecite s jedne i još kraće s druge strane. Tako ispecite sve palačinke pa punite nadjevom ili namažite sirom i složite šunku.</p>



<p>Ako hoćete kao vegetarijansku verziju, samo bez šunke. Motajte pa režite na komadiće i složite na ražnjiće. Poslužite da juhom.</p>
